From tech pack to sample review

Send fabric specifications, measurements, artwork placement, construction details, colors and quantity. If a full tech pack is unavailable, send a reference garment or clear images plus a size chart.

Commercial planning

Bulk MOQ starts at 500 pieces and is confirmed by style, fabric and customization. Stock samples normally take about 7 days, standard custom samples 15–20 days, complex samples about 30 days, and revisions about 10 days. Regular bulk production is usually 40–50 days; peak-season production is normally 60–70 days. These are factory production windows, not transit-time promises.

Quotations are valid for 15 days. Payment is by T/T in RMB or USD. DDP, duty-paid delivery, tariff outcomes and retail-compliance approval are not implied.

Private label and inspection

Custom labels, wash-care labels, hangtags and packaging can be arranged through long-term suppliers.

Incoming fabric is inspected. Before cutting, shrinkage, color fastness, GSM and shade variation are checked. Finished garments receive random inspection, and customer or third-party inspection can be supported when planned into the order.

Trade terms

Available terms are EXW and FOB, with Ningbo as the default FOB port. Sea freight is the main method. We can assist with booking and customs declaration or coordinate with the buyer’s nominated forwarder.
