Garment Quality Control Before Cutting and Shipment
Quality checks must refer to an agreed product specification, not a vague promise.
Inspection reference
The approved sample, measurements, fabric, artwork, trims, labels and packing instructions define what the order is checked against.
Incoming fabric
Incoming fabric is inspected. Before cutting, shrinkage, color fastness, GSM and shade variation are checked. Finished garments receive random inspection, and customer or third-party inspection can be supported when planned into the order.
Production and finished inspection
Production and QC teams follow the confirmed reference through cutting, sewing and finishing. Finished garments receive random inspection against the agreed requirements.
Third-party inspection
Customer or third-party inspection can be supported. The company, standard, timing, access and cost responsibility must be confirmed in advance.
