From Apparel Inquiry to Bulk Shipment
A clear production reference reduces preventable sampling changes and quotation gaps.
1. Feasibility and specification
Send fabric, size specification, estimated quantity, artwork and a tech pack or reference where available. We align construction, GSM, color, decoration, trims, labels and packing.
2. Quotation and sampling
Bulk MOQ starts at 300 pieces and is confirmed by style, fabric and customization. Send the style, fabric, size chart, artwork and quantity for review before sampling and quotation.
Payment is by T/T in RMB or USD; quotations are valid for 15 days.
3. Bulk confirmation and control
The approved sample, size set, artwork, colors, labels, packing and inspection requirements become the production reference.
Incoming fabric is inspected. Before cutting, shrinkage, color fastness, GSM and shade variation are checked. Finished garments receive random inspection, and customer or third-party inspection can be supported when planned into the order.
4. Packing and shipment
Available terms are EXW and FOB, with Ningbo as the default FOB port. Sea freight is the main method. We can assist with booking and customs declaration or coordinate with the buyer’s nominated forwarder.
