Specify fabric and fit before sampling

Define fabric composition, knit structure, target GSM, finish and desired hand feel together. GSM describes fabric mass per square metre, not finished garment weight. Ask which processing stage the GSM reference applies to and agree the required tests and tolerances.

Use a size chart to specify body length, chest, shoulder and sleeve measurements and grading. Terms such as regular or oversized help describe the direction, but measurements and an approved sample establish the fit for your brand.

Review branding as part of the garment

Printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and packaging can be evaluated for your order. Provide artwork, placement, colours and label content before sampling so the proposed decoration can be reviewed with the fabric and construction.

MOQ and production planning

Our standard bulk MOQ starts at 300 pieces per style. Colour and size allocation, fabric minimums and any exceptions are reviewed for the order; this is not a promise of 300 pieces per colour or unrestricted colour splitting.

As planning references, stock samples take around 7 days, regular custom samples around 15–20 days, and regular bulk orders around 50 days. Actual timing is confirmed for the order. For material-inclusive production, the timing starts from contract signing; when fabric is supplied separately, it starts when fabric reaches our warehouse. Confirm the sample schedule separately.

Prepare a brief for your next order

Send your tech pack or reference sample, fabric composition and GSM, size chart and measurement tolerances, colour references, decoration artwork, labels and packaging, quantity by style and your target delivery date. For replenishment, include the previous style reference and approved specifications so that fabric availability, colour matching and production timing can be reviewed.

Quality and delivery arrangements

Yuanchun's checks include incoming materials, checks before cutting and finished garments, with shrinkage, colourfastness, fabric weight and shade considered against the agreed requirements. Specify required tests, inspection standards and certification evidence before quotation; do not assume a particular certification is available.

EXW and FOB Ningbo are available. Sea freight is the main shipping method; DDP arrangements can be discussed for the specific order. Final price, payment terms and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
