Factory Scale01 What apparel categories does Ningbo Yuanchun Garment specialize in?

We manufacture knitted apparel for brands, wholesalers and importers. Our main product categories include:

Knitted Garment TypesT-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sports sets, polo shirts, shorts, kidswear and babywear. Yoga wear, windbreakers and pajamas can be reviewed for suitable orders.
Fabric Selection & GSMCommon structures include jersey, interlock, French terry, fleece, rib, pique, jacquard and twill. T-shirts commonly use 160–320 GSM. Composition, weight and availability are confirmed for the selected style.
Standard Sizing Matrices:Buyer-provided size charts and measurement tolerances are reviewed during sampling.
Infrastructure02 What is the operational scale, history, and monthly capacity of your plant?

Established in Ningbo in 2002, the factory has a 15,000 m² total building area, a 12,000 m² site footprint, 150+ team members, 200+ equipment sets and approximately 200,000 pieces of monthly capacity. Scheduling depends on the style and confirmed order brief.

Our process includes fabric review, sampling, cutting, sewing and finished-garment inspection. Regular bulk production takes about 40–50 days; the schedule is confirmed after sample approval, material review and agreement on order and payment terms.

Prototyping03 How do we initiate a prototype sample, and what files are required?

Send a tech pack, CAD sketch, reference photos or a physical sample. Fabric composition and GSM, color references, artwork, trims, size measurements and tolerance targets help our pattern and merchandising teams review the prototype. If you do not have a complete tech pack, share the clearest garment references available.

  • Design & Silhouette: Vector artwork, CAD sketch, reference photograph or physical target garment.
  • Fabric Specs: Fabric weight in GSM, composition, construction and preferred color references.
  • Artwork & Trims: High-resolution artwork for printing or embroidery, plus trim references.
  • Size Grading: Measurements for chest, length, sleeve and hem with tolerance targets.

Sample Cost & Time04 What are the sample costs and lead times?

Stock samples take about 7 days to prepare. Regular custom samples take about 15–20 days, and complex samples about 30 days. Timing is confirmed after reviewing the requirements and material availability. Sample fees and courier costs are quoted separately; any fee credit toward a bulk order must be agreed in the quotation.

The bulk MOQ is 300 pieces per style. Fabric and customization details are reviewed before quotation.

  • Production Quote: The factory confirms the pricing before order confirmation.
Full Private Label06 What OEM, ODM and private-label options do you offer?

OEM development can follow a buyer’s tech pack, fit, fabric and branding requirements. Existing-style ODM development can be discussed from factory references. Custom fabric, sizing, labels, printing, embroidery, wash treatments and packing are reviewed against the style and order requirements.

Commercial Terms07 What are your accepted payment methods and payment schedules?

Payment is handled through direct T/T bank transfer in RMB or USD. The deposit, balance schedule, currency and beneficiary details are confirmed in the quotation and sales contract for each order.

Export Freight08 How are garments packed and shipped to international destinations?

Garment folding, individual bags, size stickers, carton quantities, shipping marks and any special packing requirements are reviewed before quotation. EXW and FOB Ningbo terms are available; sea freight is the main bulk shipping method. The agreed trade term and named delivery point determine which costs are included. Main freight, insurance, destination charges and import duties must be confirmed separately with the forwarder. Transit time is separate from production lead time.

Ocean Cargo (FCL & LCL)Sea freight is the primary bulk option. Full-container or shared-container arrangements are reviewed according to shipment volume and the forwarder’s quotation.
Air Express & Air FreightAir options can be reviewed for urgent sampling or delivery windows with the buyer’s nominated forwarder.
