Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing for Brands and Importers

T-shirts are one of our core production categories. We manufacture heavyweight, oversized, fitted and standard knitted T-shirts for clothing brands, wholesalers, importers, trading companies and chain retailers.

Materials & customization

Common options include 160–230 GSM jersey, cotton, organic cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Printing, embroidery, custom labels, hangtags and packaging are coordinated through long-term suppliers. OEM production is supported, with ODM development available from existing factory styles.

MOQ & timing

Bulk MOQ starts at 500 pieces. Standard custom samples usually take 15–20 days, and regular bulk production usually takes 40–50 days after requirements are confirmed.

Quality & quotation

We check fabric before cutting and inspect finished garments. For an accurate quotation, send the fabric, size specification, customization details and estimated quantity.
